  • Abstract
    We developed a thermally tunable DFB laser module integrated with a wavelength monitor. We achieved PMF coupled power > 40mW, 25GHz × 20 ch tunabily, extremely small wavelength drift < +/-1 25GHz and lower TEC power consumption < 5W with very promising aging data.
