  • Abstract
    We present results of a high-speed 43 Gb/s GaAs driver IC for LiNbO3and electro absorption modulators with 6 Vppoutput voltage and 12 dB gain suited for different modulation formats at 40 Gb/s including Forward Error Correction overhead of up to 7 %.
