  • Abstract
    A novel periodic random polarization scrambling scheme that can generate uniformly distributed output SOPs on the Poincarè sphere for any arbitrary input state is proposed and compared with previous approaches. Experimental measurement consisting of 200 samples confirms the uniformity.
