By means of a long-length test-bed with a hundred of dispersion managed fibers (DMFs) and fully engineered EDFA amplifiers, commercial feasibility of 64times10 Gb/s WDM transmission system with over 11,258 km of trans-Pacific distance has been confirmed with start-of-life Q value margins greater than 3 dB
