Abstract :
For the first time, thermally fixed photorefractive Bragg gratings were written in Ti:Fe:Er:LiNbO3 channel waveguides and used to develop a DFB-DBR coupled cavity laser. The optically pumped (lambdap=1480 nm, P=130 mW) laser emits up to 8 mW at lambda=1557.2 nm
