Abstract :
We have exposed in this paper the monitoring methodology of a complex facility. Both methods that have been defined are complementary. First one is based on the expertise of the operators and allow accurate results. Nevertheless, the fact that we concentrate only on few parameters may prevent us from seeing other important elements that might have evolved. That is the reason why the second analysis is so important. Thanks to it, we could analyse all the signals without assumption and locate the place of variations. Thus, we can combine with the parameters that describe these locations, to improve the analysis. All these results should allow the operators to decide of precise predictive maintenance operations. An application program that group these methods together is under construction and will be available in a few months
