Abstract :
In this paper, a 60GHz CBCPW-bandpass filter is designed based on defected ground structure (DGS) and low-temperature co-fire ceramic technology (LTCC). Compared with photonic band gap (PBG) structure, our design has smaller size. Because CBCPW structure is used, it is easy to be integrated with high frequency IC circuit and to do measurement work. Simulation shows that the designed bandpass filter can satisfy our requirement and can shift work frequency and bandwidth flexibly.
