Abstract :
In this paper, to miniaturize filter size, a semi-lump filter was made by using LTCC technology with hybrid dielectrics, in which the quarter wavelength resonators are realized on the low K substrate and capacitors are realized on the high K substrate. The measured results prove the capability of the LTCC technology with hybrid dielectrics to miniaturize the filter and still keep the performance of filters.
