Abstract :
According to the theory of stepped impedance resonators (SIR) and doubly loaded resonator, a combline bandpass cavity filter with λg/4 -type SIR is designed for minimum size and wide stopband. Measured results show that machined and tested four-cavity filter satisfies the demanding specification.
