Abstract :
A dual-beam millimeter-wave radiometer is applied to accurately detect ground target centre from air. The principle and the structure of the system are presented in this paper, and target characteristic of the system is analyzed in detail. Some field experimental results are shown on a 90-meter high tower platform in this paper. And the target center would be confirmed through the output signal of the dual-beam millimeter-wave radiometer and digital signal processing (DSP) arithmetic.
