Abstract :
Some application measurements of reconfigurable RF MEMS double-slug impedance tuner are presented. The fabricated distributed MEMS transmission line based (DMTL) tunable matching network has been demonstrated very good tuning ability from 10 GHz to 30 GHz. The matching demonstration experiments with fixed loads and amplifier are presented in the paper.
