Abstract :
Mobile communication technologies have been advanced and many kinds of personal digital assistant (PDA) have been developed. In this paper, a basic planar antenna printed on dielectric substrate for mobile communication is proposed, and analyzed. The characteristics, such as return loss, far field pattern, and axial ratio, are obtained by using the FDTD method, two new planar antennas characteristics are developed by modifying the basic planar antenna and applying it to mobile communications.
