Abstract :
This paper first briefly introduces several kinds of traditional current mirrors, which are widely used in bipolar analog circuits at present. Then a bipolar mirror structure with low input and output voltages is proposed. The current mirror has advantages such as low working voltage, accurate mirror image of input variable, good AC characteristic and so on. This structure can be widely used in BIPOLAR and BiCMOS analog circuits. And this circuit used in a DC-DC converter has been implemented using BCD technology
