Abstract
In this article, we describe the modeling of a manufacturing process of cheese to the milk believed using formalism DEVS (discrete event system specification) [Zeigler, 1976]. The approach of B.P. Zeigler makes it possible to model various software applications, of distributed systems, dynamic systems and systems of production, independently of simulation. Some is the model, modeling and simulation is separate. Formalism DEVS makes it possible to use the same technique of simulation the some either applicability of the system and thus the some or model chooses. Because of the types of data and uncertainty of some among, we use the theory of fuzzy subsets developed by Zadeh [Zadeh, 1975]. Moreover, we present a short synopsis of the basic concepts of the fuzzy logic used in our problem, to model dubious data of manufacturing process
