Abstract :
The 2013 Electrical Insulation and Dielectric Phenomena (CEIDP 2013) was held October 20 to 23 at the Kylin Villa Hotel in Shenzhen, one of China??s most populous cities and an industrial hub in the province of Guangdong. This was a historic event because it was the first time that the flagship CEIDP conference had been held outside the Americas.
