Abstract :
The e-TALC project was initiated by TALC in 2001 with the aim of providing a reliable and regular source of health information to health workers in developing countries who have access to computers but limited access to the internet. This paper describes the e-TALC project and our experiences in distributing the e-TALC Health Development CD-ROM to health workers in developing countries.
