Abstract
This paper is the overview and the steps to design a programming package to connect the PC and Nokia cellular phone by means of analysis study for the PC - Cellular phone hardware interface, and by the real transmission protocols between PC and cellular (FBUS & MBUS). This interface is very important as application for operation companies. The system architecture based on cellular and software to collect the data from the cellular and save it for analysis.
