  • Abstract
The paper focuses on if and how blended learning can be used in the education of managers, where personal development of a more psychological and behavioral character and interpersonal relations - communication, cooperation, teamwork, etc. - are core curriculum-issues. The author concludes that it is indeed possible if a coherent, blended learning environment is designed paying high attention to the difference between face-to-face and ICT parts. It is extremely important to realize, that this difference is exactly what makes the qualitative improvement in learning-and ultimately leadership - possible. It is, so to speak, the difference, that makes the difference
