Abstract :
This work presents a robust and real-time algorithm for multi-object tracking in dynamic and cluttered scenes. This algorithm uses both region and object information to cope with multi object tracking issues. The rigid and non rigid objects tracked successfully by algorithm. Experimental results show that the algorithm have good performance in cluttered backgrounds even under splitting and occlusion situations
