Abstract :
The paper is concerned with stability analysis of a kind of string equation with damping and boundary output feedback control. Based on the theorem of the spectrum determined growth assumption and the analysis of the spectral structure of the system operator, the estimation of exponential decaying rate, and the exponential stability of the system are obtained. These results reply the questions reported in the concerning literature
