Abstract
This work presents a general model of a dynamic system, paying particular attention to decision-making processes. The model is established using basic concepts of the semigroup and automata theories. Within the model, a decision is made after considering a set of attribute values which describe states. Based on these data, the system can optimize the selection of successive states. The paper presents a certain application of general model for a logistic problem
