Abstract
On the basis of agent technology, an intelligent service model for flood control decision-making support system is established. In this system, the rough sets theory is applied to execute the diagnosis and return with the individualized information for different users. This model can display the diagnosed information in the display mode specified by the user and in the display all unwanted information are eliminated. The observation data from 511 hydrological stations are used as the database to establish the intelligent service model for the hydrological information of the Yellow River
