Abstract :
Innovation of control strategy is the front edge of control field. However, existing innovative methods so far used for control strategies design lack of systematization and theorization. The theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) is a universal science of creativity and contradictive problems solving. The approach to instruct the innovation of control strategies by TRIZ was proposed in this paper. Theory of evolution, maturity descriptors, levels of invention, laws and routes of technique evolution, contradiction matrix and inventive principles in TRIZ were discussed combined with innovations in control fields. The methods to instruct the innovation of control strategies with above theories were given with two examples to show the effectiveness of the approach. Introducing TRIZ into the innovation of control strategies can provide a systematic and normalized innovative methodology for control field. At the same time it is a direction of modernization of TRIZ
