Abstract :
This paper considers the peculiarities of educational management in technical institutions. The data obtained during students Gallup poll in Sevastopol National Technical University has been analyzed. Recommendations on creation of educational system in technical institutions have been made. The results obtained prove that youth center plays the role of coordinating structure namely in technical universities. In liberal universities creative activities are the logical sequel of students´ education
