Abstract :
The 2 mm wave length receiver module has been developed. It consists of Schottky diodes balance mixer and IC of local oscillator. The mixer and the LO have been assembled into compact receiver module. The frequency band and output power of the LO IC was 140-150 GHz and 5-10 mW, respectively. The mixer was developed on the basis of DBES105a series dual diode. Conversion losses of the mixer were less than 15 dB (SSB) within the frequency band 140-150 GHz. The IF band was 0-10 GHz
