Abstract
Results of modeling and measurement of radio waves propagation in 3...4 GHz range in city building conditions for broadband radio access systems (BRAS) are submitted, comparison of received theoretical and experimental data is carried out, BRAS cover zone is determined and its optimization is executed in view of movement of vehicles with the purpose of frequency-territorial planning fulfillment for a cellular network on basis of BRAS
