Abstract :
This paper describes an alternative error correcting coding in the mobile TV broadcasting. A comparative analysis of the Reed-Solomon and matroid nonbinary error correcting codes is given. Also, the parameters of matroid codes and the results of matroid coder-decoder PLD-designing are presented
