Abstract :
In this paper, the method for definition of radio-line downtime has been presented. The proposal is based on ITU-R recommendations, use of digital terrain maps and convolution of statistical dependencies of signal and interferences. EMC estimation provides certain error which leads to ineffective radio frequencies
