Abstract :
This paper describes methods used to analyze problems associated with arc furnace and its influence on the power system. Some measurements are analyzed using wavelet transform for harmonic, flicker and unbalance detection. A set of data obtained from simulation and measurement in a furnace are used to evaluate the performance of this method (called pqAT). Experimental results are presented and used to validate them
