Abstract :
This paper describes the theory of non-uniform sampling realization about DFT first, then propose a new fractional NPLL (F-NPLL) device for approximating the ideal synchronous sampling. The new device can reduce the maximal time wrap within 0.5 Tmu and reduce spectrum leakage of DFT effectively
