Abstract :
With the implement of globalization strategy of MNC, the R&D investment of MNC increases much fast in Shanghai. Based on the analysis of characteristics, problems, incentives and reasons of R&D investment of MNC in Shanghai, this paper discussed the impacts of R&D investment of MNC on Shanghai Innovation System and then put forward some suggestions for utilizing R&D investment of MNC to promote Shanghai innovation system
