  • Abstract
    This paper presents PowerPoint presentation on technology management and telecommunications licensing: the case of Thailand. Taking the concepts in technology management, this paper has developed a conceptual framework that can enhance the effectiveness of telecommunications licensing. The conceptual framework has shown that the separation of licenses can effectively promote fair competition and ensure practical implementation. Thus the conceptual framework has been successfully applied to NTC licensing model that is also compiled with Thai legislation and NTC policy.
