Cultivation of Core Competence Based on Intellectual Property Right among China Internationalized Enterprise

The article mainly focuses on cultivating core competence among China internationalized enterprises from the perspective of intellectual property right (IPR). On the basis of numerous investigations about current issues including patent, trademark and IPR disputes existing in China enterprises´ internationalization process, this paper gives a systematical and thorough analysis by using comparative analysis method, and shows the reasons of the problems. Finally, based on the analysis and the real IPR situation in China internationalized enterprises, the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for China enterprises (especially, those international companies), that China enterprises should strengthen enterprises´ independent research and development, pay more attention to the market value of trademark and meanwhile analyze the IPR market and so on. All these suggestions will help China enterprises to cultivate core competence in the world
