  • Abstract
The advantages of multi-inverter parallel operation is summarized and the present solutions for circulating current reduction are reviewed. Then a general small-signal model is proposed with the instantaneous maximum current control scheme. The stability of the system is analyzed. The influence of the current-sharing loop is studied with some mathematical analysis and simulation. The performance of the current-sharing loop is investigated. Then two 220Vac 1 kW inverters with 50 Hz output frequency is built and paralleled to verify the validity of the proposed model and analysis.
