Abstract
The statistics characteristic of the chaotic signal is analyzed for the first time utilizing statistic theory. Statistics characteristic of chaos signal is respectively studied from the mean and mean square value of chaotic signal. It is found they all are function of time, which shows chaos signal has non-stationary characteristic. Because routine correlation methods and power spectrum methods all can not show the time-frequently characteristic of chaos signal. So in this paper the method is used about non-stationary signal - time-frequency analytical method through which output chaotic signals are respectively analyzed about Duffing oscillator and Lorenz system. It is proved chaotic signal has non-stationary characteristic through the simulation experiment
