  • Abstract
    Based on digital clock design, the program Nios put forward. The collaboration with the software and hardware design methodology, hardware design model, software development environment, and the process of user self-definition logic and debugging, altogether has been researched. From the development of the design process, we realize system on a programmable chip-SOPC technology with electronic systems design, made complex design simpler, enhanced design flexibility, and shorten the development cycle. And the digital clock based on Nios applying with actual control system, achieved the expected results after the operation. The design concepts can be used to meet different requirements in design processes
