Abstract :
The involvement of emotions in dialogue design has attracted much interest in current research on human-computer interfaces during the past years. In our work we focus on the implementation of a flexible and robust dialogue system which is able to include emotions and other control parameters in the dialogue flow. Therefore we propose a stochastic approach to model dialogue management including some simplifications to make this model implementable
