Abstract
A single network failure can even be complicated. It can be involved with multiple hardware and/or software failures. Responsibility for this failure can belong to multiple business units. Also, each business unit can own different responsibility. How to measure the business unit´s quality of hardware, software and services? What is a good quality measure for hardware, software and services? How to obtain those quality measures? In this paper, we introduced a quality measurement DOR (days of responsibility) and introduced a normalized quality measurement DORPM (days of responsibility per million $ of revenue/booking).
