Abstract :
When diagnosing faults in a complicated and dynamic system, if adopted traditional and single intelligent reasoning methods, it is often difficult to study all faults´ cause real-timely. After analyzing on the immune mechanism, a reasoning model for the fault diagnosis, with characteristics of evolution and reconfiguration, is presented by the use of the multi-agents technology, also, an relation between agents in a model is named as immune co-evolution and described. As a fundamental operation in the process of reconstruction, the theory and methods of reconstructing diagnosis models are discussed, and, taken the consideration of the COM technology, the reconstruction process of a diagnosis model is also described on a Petri net at last
