Abstract
In this paper, we propose a novel architecture of multi-phase digital pulse-width modulation (DPWM) power regulator based on fully table look-up approach for high-frequency switching converters. The regulator comprises a comparator, a look-up table based PID compensator and a multi-phase DPWM. The fully table look-up approach enhances the response time of the high- frequency converter and also makes its implementation more efficiently. The proposed architecture has been validated with simulation results.
