Abstract :
In this paper we will propose an integrated application framework and implementation processes for solving problems of supply chain management in knowledge transfer aspect. The supply chain management not only is important in controlling business by itself, but also provides a new solution and opportunity for business in building e-Business competitive strategy. The SCM implementation often entails transferring the business knowledge incorporated in adopting organizations. The knowledge-based view of the firm suggests that knowledge is the firm´s key resource for creating and sustaining economic rent. In this paper, we try to find out and discuss a framework that could solve the knowledge crash and knowledge conflicts problems of SCM integration. We propose enterprises suggestions to put efforts on solving conflicts in integration process, and to implement e-Business technology concerning organization´s adaptive capability and knowledge transfer.
