Abstract :
LYG port and LX highway constitute a complex system, which comprises many uncertain factors. As some factors are characteristic of "poor data and small information", GM (1,1) is a suitable methodology to forecast. On the same time, the construction of LYG port will speed up, so it\´s necessary to evaluate LYG port effect on LX highway traffic separately. Firstly road transportation volume is forecasted based on GM (1,1), then revised by the traffic impedance and weight, lastly distributed to LX highway according to transportation proportion of different stretches. The methodology is new to solve this kind problem, and the final result is helpful to manage the operation of LX highway.
