Abstract :
The management of the urban traffic is not an easy task seen the uncertain character of the information in possession of the decision makers. Continually their stake is to bring back the situation of the traffic from a disturbed mode to a normal one while keeping a quality of service and while respecting the constraints of infrastructure, human resources, security and availability of materials. For that, they have to proceed by collecting necessary data, analyze, evaluate and decide of the action to be engaged, while respecting the time constraints and the offer promised to users of network transportation.
