  • Abstract
    In the RF TCAD community routine large signal RF TCAD simulation has been a goal for some time. Several methods of doing large signal simulation from TCAD are discussed and compared. An example is shown from one approach based on extraction of compact models from TCAD data. This method has several advantages not the least of which is allowing the full capability of the circuit simulator to be used.
