Abstract :
The increasing dependence of critical infrastructures on computer hardware and software has given rise to unanticipated ethical, social, and legal complications [1]. Transportation systems, the power grid, and emergency services, and financial networks all rely on a vast amount of information from diverse sources. Protection of the integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of this information often results in ethical dilemmas, in particular in times of crisis.
