Abstract
For increasing HCN-laser efficiency is undertaken attempt realize cathode with anomalous (Makers effect) secondary emission (ASE). Its created original design of the cathode with anomalous emission characteristic - small cathode voltage drop and corresponding reduction of the general voltage drop on discharge. In the course of experimental studies of the laser structure of the cathode with ASE was optimized. For practical application was to design the graphite cylindrical hollow cathode with ASE, providing increasing HCN-laser efficiency.
