Abstract :
Generally, diversification of enterprises´ production flow effects the selective preference of energy saving and consumption reducing project. This paper disintegrates enterprises´ production flow, applies the factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to implement the selective preference of energy saving and consumption reducing project. A power plant case is presented at the end of the paper to illustrate the proposed model.
