Abstract
Evaluation of knowledge chain performance is very helpful for enterprises finding out the key factors that restrain the enhancing of performance, and taking effective measures to improve their innovation ability. This paper, which covers from creating customer value, knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and transmission, knowledge innovation, to knowledge stocks and knowledge management platform, analyses the main factors of knowledge chain performance and establishes an indicator system about knowledge chain performance. Based on the system, an evidential reasoning method to evaluate knowledge chain performance is proposed and arithmetic steps for evidential reasoning are presented. At the last part of the paper, an example is given to illustrate that this method is effective and practicable.
