Abstract
Relaxing a failing query to the successful one with smallest semantic gap is the goal in Web service discovery. A schema for query relaxing is proposed based on both service ontologies and users´ behavior, where the conceptual hierarchies and the conceptual distribution density of the ontologies are taken into account during query relaxing and the conceptual hierarchies of a ontology are enlarged based on users´ behavior. A failing query can be relaxed to a successful one based on service ontologies and users´ behavior with progressive processing.
