Abstract :
In order to improve the traditional PID controller used in the machine control system, this paper discusses the algorithm of dual freedom PID control and apply it to the AC permanent magnetism synchronous motor, and presents the method and structure of its designation .By this control algorithm, the question which PID controller can´t give both excellent track performance and prefect interference resistance has been solved effectively, and the controller outputs may be maintained optimal in machine running time. In this paper, we also simulate this control system based on small inertia PMSM. The results verify that the proposed control scheme has strong robustness to parameter variation and external disturbances. Simultaneously, the servo system promises good static and dynamic performance.
